With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which came into force on 30 March 2023, by which the Italian State transposed the EU Directive on Whistleblowing (2019/1937), the FEDIL GROUP has set up an internal whistleblowing channel.

You can report wrongdoing anonymously or claim to have reasonable suspicion of it, you can send information on misconduct or report actions that are unethical, illegal or violate internal regulations.
