SOA Certification
The SOA certification is a fundamental requirement for companies that intend to participate in tenders for public works in Italy.
In essence, it is a certification that attests to the technical, economic and organizational capacity of a company to carry out public works of a certain amount.
It demonstrates that the company possesses the necessary requirements to carry out the work correctly and safely, respecting current regulations.
ISO9001 Certification
ISO9001 is the reference standard for subjecting your production process to quality control in a cyclical manner, starting from the definition of customer requirements, up to the monitoring of the entire production process. The customer and his satisfaction are at the center of ISO9001; every activity, application and monitoring of activities is in fact aimed at determining the maximum satisfaction of the end user. The application phases of the standard start from the definition of the procedures and records for each individual process identified within the company organisation. In public procurement ISO9001 is mandatory.
231 Model
231 Model, or Organization and Management Model, is a fundamental tool for Italian companies, introduced by Legislative Decree 231 of 2001. The main purpose of this model is to prevent the commission of crimes within the company, to for which it could be held responsible. It is an internal control system that allows companies to demonstrate that they have done everything possible to prevent their employees or collaborators from committing crimes.
